At Bioharmonic Technologies, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. Please carefully review the following terms and conditions regarding returns, refunds, and shipping policies. By purchasing from our store, you agree to these terms.

Returns

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for eligible products. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a refund, subject to the following conditions:

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• To initiate a return, you must:
  1. Ensure the item is in its original condition and packaging.
  2. Provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Important Notes on Returns

• Non-refundable Items:
  • Items marked as non-refundable are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.
• Shipping Costs for Returns:
  • If the customer paid for shipping and wishes to return an item within 30 days, they may use our warehouse return service to drop off the item back to our warehouse at no additional cost.
  • If the customer opts for a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refunded amount.
  • Customers may choose to return the item using their own shipping service; however, they are responsible for all associated shipping costs.
• Condition of Returned Items:
  • As per our inspection policy, Each product will go under inspection process to check Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts due to reasons not attributable to Bioharmonic Technologies may only qualify for partial refunds.
• Timeframe for Returns:
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery are not eligible for refunds.

Returns for Damaged Goods

If your product arrives damaged, you must:

1. Report the damage within 24 hours of receipt.
2. Provide clear pictures and videos of the damaged goods and packaging to this link.

Important Notes on Damaged Goods:

• Refunds for damaged goods will be issued minus shipping costs.
• Claims for damaged goods without accompanying pictures or videos will be considered ineligible for a refund.

Damaged or Defective Merchandise

If your product arrives damaged or has a mechanical issue, contact us within 48 hours of discovering the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem promptly.

Non-returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Downloadable software products.
• Items marked as FINAL SALE.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Refunds may take up to 30 business days to process.

• Late or Missing Refunds:
  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary.
  3. Contact your bank for additional information.
     If you’ve completed these steps and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at this link.
• Credit/Debit Card Fee or any method transaction fee will be deducted from Refund.
• There will be restocking fee of $250 for each Vibe which includes our repacking and inspection cost.
• Customer will pay return cost, or he/she can deliver to our warehouse.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Discounted or promotional items are not eligible.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, contact us atthis link.

Shipping

• Shipping Guidelines for Returns:
  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless using our warehouse return service within the 30-day return window.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted.
• Heavy and Specialized Products:
  • Due to the size and weight of certain products, such as the VIBE systems, all returns must be sent directly to our warehouse. Refunds will only be processed after receipt and inspection of the item at the designated warehouse address.
• Recommended Practices:
  • Use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without these precautions.
